Contract Terms & Conditions: Contracting party agrees to pay a $150.00 non-refundable reservation deposit, or $200 (Holidays or special events) non-refundable reservation deposit which is required to reserve the trailer for the time frame agreed upon before payment. The deposit will go towards the rental fee. The remaining balance is due in the form of cash, major credit card, paypal, or Chase Quickpay with Zelle. All credit transaction have a 4% service fee. Before checking out the rental unit, the contracting party is responsible for satisfying any remaining rental balances, including  a damage deposit in the amount of $300.00. The damage deposit is fully refundable as long as the rental unit is returned on time and in the same condition it left in. The condition would entail no damages, exterior and interior cleaned, as well but not not limited to tanks being emptied. If the trailer has any damage or missing items an itemized refund will be given to the customer/renter were the estimated cost is deducted from the damage deposit. if the damage exceeds the damage deposit amount, the contracting party is responsible for the insurance deductible of $1,000 Dollars

Renter shall be limited to 12 hours of generator use per weekend rental under the terms of the agreement. Unless rental includes unlimited generator use as noted on Trailer #1, trailer #2, Trailer #3

If the generator time exceeds the allotted time of 12 hours:

  • Each hour a $6.00 per hour fee
  • 10 hours a $30.00 fee will be assessed.
  • If the time exceeds the overage of 10 hours, then a fee of $60 will be assessed. These fees apply to units with on-board generators. Units with free-standing generators will normally come with unlimited generator unless otherwise specified.

Items Needed for Rental:

  • Copy of Valid Driver’s CDLicense
  • Rental Agreement Completed and Received
  • Proof of liability insurance – We provide commercial insurance for the Toyhauler rental unit with a $1000 deductible per occurrence, which the renter is responsible for. (Renter must provide liability insurance coverage on the towed Vehicle through the personal auto policy covering the towing vehicle.)
  • Renter must sign a Liability Waiver
  • Copy of the tow vehicle registration
  • MUST be over 25 to rent
  • Picture of Brake Controller and 7 Prong Connector Required

We make no warranties, express, implied or apparent, regarding the vehicle, no warranty of merchant ability and no warranty that the vehicle is fit for a particular purpose. The following acts or uses of the vehicle are prohibited: a) towing the vehicle (i) by anyone who is not an authorized driver, or by anyone whose driving license is suspended in any jurisdiction; (ii) by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol; (iii) by anyone who obtained the vehicle or extended the rental period by giving us false, fraudulent or misleading information; (iv) in furtherance of an illegal purpose or under any circumstance that would constitute a violation of law other than a minor traffic citation; (v) to carry persons or property for hire; (vi) in any race, speed test or contest; (vii) to carry dangerous or hazardous items or illegal materiel; (viii) outside the United States or Canada; (ix) when loaded beyond its capacity, as determined by the manufacturer of the vehicle; (x) when driven through or under an underpass or other structure without sufficient overhead or side clearance; (xi) when it is reasonable to expect you to know that further operation would damaged the vehicle; (xiii) in a manner that causes damaged to the vehicle due to inadequately secured cargo; (xvi) on unpaved roads; or, (b) failing to summon the police to any accident involving the vehicle that caused personal injury or property damage; (c) damaging the vehicle by your intentional, wanton, willful or reckless conduct; (d) damaging the vehicle by an animal transported in the vehicle (e) damaging the vehicle by sitting, standing or lying on the roof of the vehicle; (f)  damaging the vehicle by placing tire chains, signs, lettering or painting on the outside of the vehicle; (g) damaging the vehicle by placing loudspeakers or other sound equipment on the exterior of the vehicle; and, (h) if the vehicle is equipped with an outside fuel station, using any fuel octane-rated higher than 87 you will indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claim arising out of unsafe fueling practices committed by you or your agent.

Renter shall be held liable for any and all damages including those that might exceed the damage deposit. No smoking in trailers at any time, pets are allowed only if potty trained. An additional fee will be charged if pets damage interior/exterior. Damage caused by striking overhead objects sideswiping and undercarriage is considered negligence misuse or carelessness the renter is 100% liable. A spare tire is provided. We do not take responsibility for flat tires. The renter is responsible for repairs. In the event of an accident, a police report must be filed/submitted and Rent Vacation RVs must be contacted. In the event the trailer is not returned on the agreed upon date and time, a revised daily rate of $200.00 shall be assessed until the trailer is returned.

For your safety as well as others:  all renters must have a brake controller and a 7 way plug installed on the vehicle that will be towing the trailer. We will provide you with wheel chalks, distribution bars, hitch, ball,, eq. etc.

Reservation Deposits are non-refundable.

No modification of this contract will be effective unless it is in writing and is signed by both parties. This contract binds and benefits both parties and any successors and assigns. Time is of the essence of this contract. This document, including any attachments, is the entire agreement between two parties. This contract is governed by the laws of the State of California.
